Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a fundraising professional to build donor relationships and grow peer-to-peer programs in a designated market area. You will collaborate with Education, Services and Health Research to advance the mission and recruit volunteers who drive revenue through fundraising campaigns.

The role involves developing strategies, coordinating with local and national teams, and managing volunteer committees while meeting annual fundraising goals in a mission-driven nonprofit

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2–4 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.
Strong relationship building, volunteer recruitment, and sales skills.
Ability to supervise and lead a group of volunteers.

Responsibilities

Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue goals.
Partner with Education, Services and Health Research to communicate the mission and priorities.
Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and donors.
Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners through outreach and research.
