Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a fundraising professional to build relationships with volunteers and drive peer-to-peer programs across a designated market area. You will implement campaign standards, track KPIs, and collaborate with the Campaign Development Director to grow revenue in support of our mission.

The role emphasizes donor cultivation, sponsorship development, and local engagement, requiring 2–4 years in a related role and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years in a directly relatable role.
• Strong knowledge of donor databases and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Drive peer-to-peer fundraising to exceed revenue budget.
• Develop and manage sponsorship pipeline with corporate partners.
• Collaborate with regional and national teams to execute campaign plans.
• Organize donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
• Recruit and develop fundraising volunteers and committees.
• Track KPI data to inform activity and meet timelines.
