Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue budgets.
• Maintain KPI visibility to drive activity and stay on target.
• Partner with Campaign Development Director to build strategic plans and revisions.
• Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline and close partnerships.
• Collaborate with local region team and national shared service partners.
• Organize mission-centered donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees; develop recruitment plans.
• Research, network and prospect for volunteers and corporate partners.
