Job summary

Blood Cancer United seeks a fundraising professional to build relationships with volunteers and implement innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals in a designated market area. You will relentlessly pursue cancer cures as part of our mission-driven team.

You will lead mission integration, organize local donor events, and recruit high-level volunteers to support national fundraising initiatives, collaborating across teams to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with digital and social media channels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advance Blood Cancer United’s mission by engaging fundraising volunteers and coordinating peer-to-peer fundraising activities.
• Develop and execute a plan for donor cultivation events and national stewardship.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and committees to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with local and national teams to achieve fundraising goals.
