The role requires leadership of volunteer committees, recruitment of partners, and strategic execution to exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years' experience in a directly relatable role
• Experience with peer-to-peer fundraising and donor relations
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities

Responsibilities

• Mission integration: communicate the mission and priorities; organize local donor cultivation events.
• Fundraising & relationship building: drive peer-to-peer fundraising and revenue growth.
• Volunteer and network management: recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
• Collaborate with local and national teams to align fundraising programs with goals.
