Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong relationship-building and volunteer recruitment ability.
• Experience driving peer-to-peer fundraising and revenue growth.
• Proficiency with MS Office and fundraising analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve overall revenue annual budget.
• Implement organizational campaign standards across event portfolio to ensure annual budget is achieved.
• Maintain consistent KPI visibility to guide activity and timelines.
• Partner with Campaign Development Director to build strategic plans and revisions.
• Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline with corporate partners and close revenue partnerships.
• Collaborate with local/region team and national partners throughout Blood Cancer United.
• Organize mission-centered donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
