Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in community association management or related field.
• LCAM designation required or strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee association operations and ensure maintenance per state laws and governing documents.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and financial reporting with board collaboration.
• Prepare agendas, board packets, and minutes; attend board meetings and present key metrics.
