Responsibilities

• Monitor collections and approve invoices.
• Prepare yearly budget with Board and monitor adherence.
• Attend Board meetings, prepare minutes and manage reports.
• Coordinate with Board for proposals and ensure service levels.
• Ensure contractor compliance and oversee vendor performance.
