Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in community association management.
• LCAM designation required or significant progression.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
• Daily travel is expected for this position.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead property management operations.

• Coordinate with the Board of Directors and developers.
• Oversee vendor performance and contracts.
• Prepare board agendas and compile meeting minutes.
