Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• LCAM designation required or preferred.
• Willingness to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Association Assessments collections and budgeting.
• Prepare Board meeting materials and important reports.
• Coordinate with Board, developers and staff to manage budgets and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Florida laws and HOA/COA documents.
• Oversee vendor performance and vendor invoicing.
