Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Café to lead as the senior business executive beside the General Manager. You will uphold brand standards and drive profitability, coaching junior managers, and coordinating across departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include achieving KPIs, executing sales and marketing plans, building a strong leadership team, and fostering a culture of guest advocacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hospitality experience including restaurant front-line operations.
• Bachelor's Business Degree or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills verifiable by peers and supervisors.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aspiration to serve as a Hard Rock General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate financial understanding to achieve café KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales to execute the Café Sales & Marketing plan.
• Mentor and coach junior management staff on financial goals.
• Set operating direction with the General Manager based on business analysis.
• Ensure systems and processes deliver products and services to brand standards.
• Build and sustain a high-performing team aligned with brand values.
• Champion change and implement local and company initiatives.
• Foster guest advocacy and respond to guest feedback across channels.
• Support staffing objectives and place talent to maximize impact.
• Define goals and conduct performance reviews for staff.
