Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking a Cadence Senior Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR Cadence implementations for complex clients. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks with oversight from Application Advisors and Senior Application Advisors.

Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting, workflow analysis, system builds, change management, and thorough documentation while ensuring SLAs are met and customer satisfaction remains high.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Epic Certification in Cadence with strong understanding of functionality.
• 3-5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Demonstrates Nordic’s maxims.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Performing advanced troubleshooting and problem solving to ensure integrity and stability of EHR applications.
• Translating customer requests into detailed requirements and performing system build and testing.
• Analyzing workflows, system setup, and audits; participating in upgrades and testing.
• Managing multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight and maintaining SLAs.
• Documenting requests and incidents in ticketing systems; following change control policies.
• Assisting onboarding of new team members and collaborating with application Advisors.
