Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in surveying, CAD, or civil/site development.
• Strong Civil 3D (AutoCAD) proficiency.
• Experience with UAV/drone data (Pix4D, DroneDeploy, etc.).
• Background in training or mentoring others.
• Understanding of grading, utilities, and construction layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CAD and survey technicians (entry to mid-level).
• Train and develop junior staff into productive contributors.
• Process drone/UAV data, topo surveys, and surface models.
• Oversee drafting for grading, utilities, and construction layouts.
• Ensure quality control, accuracy, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with field crews and project managers.
• Establish workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve overall team efficiency.
