Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems—Missile Defense Integration in Colorado Springs is seeking a Sr Principal Cybersecurity Analyst – Cybersecurity Test & Evaluation Lead to manage the cyber assessment lifecycle for C2BMC projects and MDA cyber events. The role requires an active Secret clearance, an IAT Level II certification, and travel up to 10%.

Based on the C2BMC program, you will coordinate across national teams, develop risk mitigations, and deliver actionable cyber metrics within an Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years; or 12 years experience as alternative to a degree.
• Currently active Government-issued 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+/CCNA-Sec, CySA+, CND, etc.).
• Active Secret security clearance at time of application is required to start.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end Cybersecurity T&E lifecycle for multiple C2BMC projects and MDA Cyber Events.
• Coordinate with National Team and C2BMC stakeholders to ensure resources and representation at each event.
• Conduct post‑event analysis; synthesize cyber findings; ensure remediation plans are incorporated into Agile cycle.
• Research, develop, and recommend cybersecurity countermeasures for networks, systems, and applications based on test data and vulnerability assessments.
• Support and interface with external T&E organizations; identify gaps in security architecture and propose mitigations for the cyber risk strategy and POAMs.
