Northrop Grumman Space Systems—Missile Defense Integration is seeking a Sr. Principal Software Development Analyst – TS Analyst Lead for Huntsville.

The role supports the C2BMC program to analyze track processing, discrimination, and performance across development, testing, and operations. You will coordinate analysis efforts, develop solutions, and communicate findings to engineers, stakeholders, and customers in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on rigorous data analysis and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience or Master’s with 6+ years or 12 years equivalent
• Active DoD Secret clearance required at start
• Experience producing analytical reports on complex systems
• Proficiency with MATLAB or Python for prototyping, data visualization, scripting
• Experience with Linux command-line, spreadsheets, databases for data analysis
• Knowledge of statistical methods and time-series analysis for trend detection
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Track Server analysis and stakeholder coordination
• Perform analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, scenario support, and behavior assessments
• Use automated tools and manual techniques to analyze software in an integrated environment
• Interface with cross-functional teams to define analytical approaches and deliver actionable insights
