Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of Planner/Buyer experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting low‑volume, high‑mix manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of supplier networks, sourcing practices, and supplier capabilities.
• Experience with production planning, material planning, and supplier scheduling.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle R12) and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Manage timely and cost-effective procurement of production, inventory, and MRO materials.
• Review material requirements and coordinate supplier deliveries to meet production schedules.
• Select and onboard suppliers in accordance with approved sourcing and planning processes.
• Maintain inventory targets, safety stock levels, and planning parameters within ERP systems.
• Support Material Planners in resolving supplier quality, delivery, and supply issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for shortages and disruptions.
• Identify cost savings, inventory optimization, and cash flow improvements with suppliers.
• Manage Kanban, supplier replenishment programs, and inventory replenishment strategies.
• Expedite critical material deliveries and maintain continuity of supply.
• Partner with production planning to resolve material shortages and delivery constraints.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues when necessary.
• Analyze material availability and capacity constraints to support planning decisions.
• Maintain lead times, item master data, and planning parameters within ERP.
