Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Materials Planning Manager at our Mocksville, NC facility. You will lead a hands-on team responsible for material planning, purchasing, and supplier coordination to ensure on-time production and optimal inventory levels.

You will champion Lean principles, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in planning accuracy, supplier performance, and material availability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing supply chain.
• 4+ years using ERP/MRP to support planning.
• Strong collaboration across Production, Procurement, Finance.

Responsabilités

• Lead site material planning activities to ensure timely material availability for production.
• Own stocking and replenishment strategy for all site raw materials.
• Lead site inventory optimization balancing availability and inventory investment.
• Escalate and resolve supply, delivery, inventory, or supplier issues.
• Coach and develop the Materials Planning team with ERP/MRP best practices.
• Drive Lean, standard work, and continuous improvement across planning functions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups to meet production launches and delivery dates.
