You will oversee revenue recognition, inventory, general accounting, and internal controls, partnering with operations and FP&A to ensure GAAP compliance and accurate monthly close. The role leads a team of accounting professionals, mentors staff, and provides strategic financial counsel to executives on objectives and performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification required; MBA a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the functional areas within revenue recognition, inventory control, general accounting, and compliance.
• Oversee monthly accounting close process with analytical review of results for accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies; manage intercompany transactions and allocations.
• Provide counsel to management on financial goals and strategies; mentor staff and drive process improvements.
