Global North America Controlling team is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage timely close processes for revenue and receivables. The role partners with Finance, Sales, Operations, Technical Accounting, and Global Controlling to support critical estimates and drive process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of accounting experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to support growth strategies and control adherence across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting within a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, ASC 606, and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Ability to build collaborative partnerships and manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Execute timely month-end and quarter-end close for revenue and receivables accounts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Technical Accounting and Global Controlling to support estimates and initiatives.
• Perform financial analyses and account reviews to ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Work with Nike's MSP to support transaction processing and standardisation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Support Controlling initiatives including system implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Execute SOX controls and assist with US GAAP reporting.
