Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 5+ years leading business or systems analysis.
• 3+ years experience with data analysis, reporting, analytics, data management, or related systems analysis.
• 1+ year experience in financial services, banking, or a regulated environment.
• 1+ year experience using SQL for data investigation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discussions and discovery sessions to define business objectives, priorities, and clear data and system requirements.
• Analyze business processes, data flows, integrations, and dependencies to identify impacts and support effective solution design.
• Document requirements, process flows, data mappings, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data definitions to guide delivery teams.
• Investigate data issues using SQL and analytical methods, identify root causes, and recommend remediation options.
• Partner with business, Data Management, Data Engineering, IT, analytics, reporting, and technology teams to support end-to-end solution delivery.
• Support test planning, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and post-delivery validation.
