U.S. Bank is seeking a senior systems analyst to define and perform analyses to improve workflow and efficiency. You will cost-model proposed changes, modify or develop applications, and serve as a liaison between management, staff and IT to set standards and reports.

The role emphasizes documentation, testing, and communication of policies, plans and study results. Strong Excel/Office skills and programming knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of direct experience (with project lead responsibilities), or eight or more years of related experience.
• Experience with ETF service operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines and performs systems analysis and development tasks to improve workflow and operating efficiency.
• Analyzes costs of existing operations and estimates cost savings to be achieved by implementing proposed changes.
• Participates in modification of existing applications or development of new applications.
• Acts as a liaison between management, staff and information systems to define standards of operational policy and reporting.
• Writes test plans and performs tests of new systems and modifications to existing systems.
