Job summary

Zeta Global is hiring a Lead Senior Business Systems Analyst to define client implementation solutions. You will map business requirements to technology, document the vision for clients and internal teams, and ensure successful delivery across CRM, CDP, email and data platforms.

The role requires strong data modeling, real-time web-services understanding, and extensive collaboration with architects, developers, and client teams. Travel to West Coast clients is on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• Management experience in similar roles.
• Experience contributing to project documentation (BRD/SOW/LOE).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for software.
• Strong consultative and advisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate marketing and strategic needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Subject matter expert thought leader for new products/modifications.
• Web-services experience with RESTful APIs.
• 5+ years of software implementation experience (requirements through UAT).
• Bachelor's in tech or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Snowflake experience.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping: gather and define requirements.
• Understand client workflows and goals; elicit use cases.
• Learn existing technical and data infrastructure; perform gap analysis.
• Set expectations with stakeholders and project team.
• Define and document recommended solution with architects/developers.
• Support client reviews and transfer knowledge to success teams.
• Maintain project documentation and SLA/timeline artifacts.
• Coordinate with QA, development, and production teams through lifecycle.
