Zeta Global is seeking a Lead Senior Business Systems Analyst to define solutions for client implementations and larger projects. You will translate client business requirements into technical specifications and communicate visions to both clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong database, data modeling, interface development, and system integration experience, with CRM/CDP/domain knowledge. Travel to client sites in the west coast may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software implementation experience from requirements through design, development, and user acceptance.
• 4+ years of Snowflake experience.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define project requirements.
• Understand client workflows and business goals.
• Elicit and comprehend use cases.
• Learn existing technical and data infrastructure.
• Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements.
• Set expectations with clients and stakeholders.
