Zeta Global seeks a Lead Senior Business Systems Analyst to define client requirements and map them to our technology. You will document the vision and guide internal teams through implementation, focusing on CRM, CDP, and data integration with real-time web services.

This role requires Snowflake experience, RESTful APIs, and strong communication skills. Travel to west coast clients as needed; PST/MST time zones preferred. Full-time with strong benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to understand and represent end-user needs in a software development environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Subject matter expert thought leader; supports new product implementations.
• Experience with RESTful web-services APIs.
