Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Lead Senior Business Systems Analyst to shape solutions for new client implementations or major projects on an existing platform. You will translate client requirements into clear specifications and communicate the vision to clients and internal teams.

You will own data modeling and integration using RESTful web services, collaborate with Architects and Developers, and drive documentation, QA, and successful delivery across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in technology-related field or relevant experience in implementing software.
• 5+ years of experience with software implementation from requirement through design, development, and user acceptance.
• Web-services experience with RESTful APIs desired.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping: gather and define project requirements; understand client workflows and goals; elicit use cases; learn existing tech.
• Define solution recommendations: collaborate with Architects and Developers; estimate impact; document and present the solution.
• Maintain documentation: draft requirements, update changes, manage internal tickets.
• Contribute to execution and QA: act as SME; coordinate with development, QA, and production support; manage risks; support QA/UAT.
