Job summary

Zeta Global in the United States is seeking a Lead Senior Business Systems Analyst to define client solutions and map business requirements to technology. You will document visions for internal teams, collaborate with architects, developers and QA, and lead scoping from requirements gathering to acceptance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years implementing software, experience with Snowflake, RESTful web services, CRM/CDP concepts, and willingness to travel to client sites on the West Coast as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with software implementation from requirement through design, development, and user acceptance.
• Experience contributing to project documentation including BRD, specifications, SOWs and LOEs.
• Ability to understand and represent end user needs in a software development environment.
• Strong consultative and advisory skills; excellent written and verbal communications.
• Web-services experience with RESTful APIs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping: gather and define project requirements and understand workflows.
• Define solution recommendations in collaboration with architects and developers; estimate impact and document solutions.
• Maintain documentation: draft requirements documents and update changes through the lifecycle.
• Support QA/UAT and ensure requirements are met; act as SME on the solution.
• Provide guidance on technical capabilities, staffing and infrastructure needs.
