Responsibilities include leading requirements sessions, translating needs into specs, and mentoring analysts. A BS and 5+ years in business analysis are preferred; experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS preferred in a relevant field (business, engineering, CS) with 5+ years in business analysis.
• Experience leading complex, large-scale projects and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration across product management, users, stakeholders and engineers to articulate complex requirements.
• Translate requirements into precise functional and non-functional specs for the product team.
• Create and maintain artifacts like user stories, process flows, and test plans.
