This is an opportunity to leverage your robust analytical capabilities, business understanding, and technical expertise to shape the path of our product portfolio and contribute significantly to our business growth. **Responsibilities*** Lead collaboration with all parties involved in the product/solution delivery lifecycle (product management, users, stakeholders, software engineers, cross-functional teams, and delivery) to identify, articulate, and define complex business, data, and product requirements.* Translate these complex requirements into precise, coherent functional and non-functional specifications for the product team.* Work closely with the product team in the creation and maintenance of artifacts such as user stories, process flow diagrams, and test plans.* Lead requirements gathering sessions and the review of requirements documentation with product management, users, and the product team.* Evaluate, interpret, and communicate potential risks and impacts of changes on systems, integrations, processes, users, UI/UX, and architecture. For this position, we offer a pay range of $92,900 -- $179,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses.
