Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst for the STAR Central Business Administration Function (CBAF). You will support the STAR suite of applications, satisfy client objectives, and provide expert technical analysis and superior customer service.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting in a 24x7 help desk, guiding users, testing STAR components, and documenting procedures. Strong SQL and AWS expertise are required, with readiness for after-hours shifts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in system analysis and production support.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud and on-prem architectures.
• Strong SQL experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and Redshift.
• Experience with incident management and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues in a 24x7 help desk environment.
• Deliver guidance to STAR’s user base and develop process improvements.
• Participate in testing and health checks of STAR applications.
• Create training and technical documentation forSTAR processes and apps.
