Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a senior Business Systems Analyst III to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. The role focuses on translating needs into effective technology solutions, maintaining complex business applications, and driving operational improvements.

You will document requirements, facilitate solution design, and support project delivery across agile and waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent IT experience.
• 2+ years of related IT experience; IT analytics, troubleshooting or customer service may count.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills required.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, processes, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead requirements reviews and coordinate across business, development, QA, and support teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency in business processes.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and solution planning.
• Serve as SME for assigned applications and processes and mentor junior team members.
