Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a senior Business Systems Analyst III to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. You will translate business needs into detailed requirements, support solution design, and help deliver complex applications in Agile and Waterfall environments.

You will mentor junior analysts, create and maintain documentation, and drive automation and process improvements while ensuring regulatory, risk and governance requirements are met across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of related experience or additional IT experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Experience with system testing and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Translate needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and criteria.
