Huntington National Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to serve as a senior liaison between business and technology teams. The role focuses on translating business needs into effective technology solutions, maintaining complex applications, and driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in Agile and Waterfall, and can collaborate with business units, development, QA, and production support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related IT field.
• 2+ years of related experience or equivalent IT experience including analytics, troubleshooting, or customer service may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
• Lead requirements reviews and facilitate discussions across teams including QA, architecture, and support.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Support backlog refinement, planning, and solution design.
• Create and maintain BRDs, process docs, workflows and user procedures.
• Ensure regulatory, audit, risk, and governance compliance.
