Huntington National Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to serve as a senior liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. The role focuses on translating business needs into effective technology solutions, supporting complex applications, and driving improvements.

The analyst will document requirements, facilitate design, and support project delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization activities, and solution planning.

• Create and maintain business requirements documents, process documentation, workflows, system diagrams, and user procedures.
• Develop operational procedures, training materials, and knowledge articles.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, risk, and governance requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, third-party vendors, and external partners.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and project team members.
• Lead or participate in strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
