• Configure and test systems for features, integrations, and reporting.
• Develop functional specs for system features and reports.
• Document technical designs used to implement features and reports.
• Analyze Salesforce declarative solutions for sound requirements.
• Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities within Salesforce to improve case handling and support workflows.
• Mentor junior Business System Analysts.
