Job summary

Irvine Company is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support the Apartment Division’s Salesforce CRM, working with senior leaders to refine workflows and translate requirements into software specifications.

You will guide testing, coordinate UAT, and collaborate with IT to deliver solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency. A strong Salesforce background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
7+ years of experience as Salesforce Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; certifications preferred.
Strong requirements gathering and UAT facilitation skills.
Familiarity with SDLC and project management principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance Salesforce and integrated web systems for Apartment Division.
Lead requirements gathering, design, testing and documentation.
Develop use cases and screen mock-ups for Salesforce processes.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and release testing activities.
Act as liaison between business units and IT resources.
