Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Business Systems to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems powering IHFM’s commercial, clinical operations, and back-office functions. The role is hands-on, leading a small team of developers, admins, and analysts, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce-based solutions.

You will configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, manage integrations with ERP and other platforms, drive Agile delivery, governance, data quality,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
10+ years in business systems delivery, enterprise applications, or business systems analysis, including hands-on configuration.
3+ years leading or mentoring delivery teams while remaining personally involved in build and configuration work.
Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud): configuration, automation, and reporting.
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale system implementations end to end.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of business systems across IHFM’s commercial, clinical operations, and back-office functions.
Configure, test, and validate Salesforce workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations.
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, consulting enterprise architects as needed.
Own backlog management and Agile execution across concurrent initiatives.
Drive data quality, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and delivery metrics.
