Job summary
Advocate Health NCCT is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to translate strategic objectives into detailed processes, requirements, and solution specifications. You will collaborate with product management, operations, research, informatics, and engineering to ensure traceability and successful delivery.
This fully remote role may require occasional travel to the corporate office and demands 7+ years of business analysis experience plus a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational transformation, or related disciplines
- Strong knowledge of process modeling methodologies and tools
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic vision into clear business processes, requirements, and solution specifications
- Define current-state and future-state workflows for technology-driven transformation
- Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, non-functional, and operational requirements
- Develop user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Maintain end-to-end traceability from business needs to delivered solutions
