Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• CBAP or related specialization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with higher management and stakeholders to collect both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Engage in gathering and evaluating information from multiple sources.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or redundancies in the streamlining of workflows by mapping out current business processes.
• Ensure that functional requirements capture and are in line with business needs by bridging the gap between Development and Business teams.
• Technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills are necessary for roles involving stakeholder management and communication.
• Create training materials and user manuals to assist employees in adapting to new procedures or systems, and hold training sessions.
• Identify areas for development and assist the project team in anticipating potential challenges.
• Proactively addressing potential problems helps businesses implement changes smoothly.
