Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to sustain and evolve critical systems that enable partners to manage our store portfolio. You will work across market planning, real estate, design, and construction, collaborating with Starbucks Technology to support development tools.

You will lead end‑user support, drive system enhancements, and partner with product and technology teams to map requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure solutions meet business

Qualifications

• End-user support and training experience.
• Experience with applicable business systems.
• Functional experience in relevant area.
• Systems design, testing and implementation experience.
• Project management experience (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Lead business sustainment activities: data validation, access control, audit support, system updates, and controls.
• Deliver complex systems support, coordinate resolution, and communicate status clearly.
• Improve support experience at scale by analyzing tickets, identifying root causes, and enhancing self-service resources.
• Partner with product and technology teams to prioritize defects, coordinate testing and releases.
