- 4–10 years of professional industry experience with software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery – drive requirements/backlog refinement, technical design and development, and deployment planning/execution across Agile and/or waterfall delivery.
- Build high-quality, production-ready solutions – leverage established design patterns and coding standards; automate test coverage and support continuous build/integration practices to reduce defects and production issues.
- Strengthen platform reliability – participate in on-call support, troubleshoot and remediate incidents, lead root-cause analysis, report operational KPIs, and improve patterns/standards/shared libraries to reduce technical debt.
