Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to leverage strong functional and technical expertise across relevant systems and applications. This role defines, evaluates, and validates requirements, business functional design, and technical design for complex business issues within assigned domain areas.

The Senior BSA will coordinate with IT on issue resolution, testing, software upgrades, and large projects, while serving as a liaison for the department and translating business

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required; 5+ years of related field experience.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of related field experience accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Define, evaluate and validate requirements and design for complex business issues.
• Coordinate with IT on issue resolution, testing, software upgrades, and projects.
• Lead business testing activities and influence testing strategy to meet requirements.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge and support for system issues.
• Develop functional specifications considering system capabilities.
