Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to leverage strong functional and technical expertise. The role defines, evaluates, and validates requirements and designs for complex business issues, coordinating with IT on issue resolution, testing, and upgrades.

The position supports hybrid work arrangements, collaborates across departments, and drives project innovations to improve systems efficiency and business outcomes for a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
5+ years of experience in related field.
In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical knowledge and support in system/application and procedural issues to the business and IT.
Review, analyze and develop solutions and applicable business processes for business systems, quantifying business impact.
Coordinate ongoing user support for ad hoc questions, inquiries, and service requests.
Ensure efficiency of reporting and data tools for supported business area use.
Coordinate system support processes with IT and resolve production issues.
