Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar IT role.
• Functional knowledge of CRM, CLM, Billing or other business-critical platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and define functional needs.
• Translate business processes into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to clarify requirements and support solution delivery."
• Analyze data flows and dependencies to understand impact of changes across systems.
• Drive assigned BA activities, follow up on questions, and coordinate with business/tech teams to progress deliverables.
• Participate in SDLC including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, UAT, and post-deployment support.
• Support functional testing, defect resolution, and validation to ensure requirements are met.
