Job summary

You will work with developers and QA, translate needs into functional requirements, and participate in the full SDLC from requirements through post‑deployment support, ensuring solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar IT role.
• Functional knowledge of enterprise apps such as CRM, CLM, and Billing.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate business needs into requirements.
• Experience collaborating with development and QA teams to deliver enhancements and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives and gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to clarify requirements and support delivery.
• Analyze integrations, data flows, and dependencies across systems.
• Drive BA activities and coordinate with teams to keep deliverables moving.
• Support SDLC activities including design, development, testing, UAT, and post-deployment support.
