Qualifications

• 5+ years of business systems analysis in IT with a bachelor's degree.
• Functional knowledge of CRM, CLM, Billing and similar platforms.
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with development and QA teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, identify challenges, and gather requirements.
• Analyze processes and translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and flows.
• Work with developers and QA to clarify questions and support delivery.
• Analyze integrations, data flows, and dependencies across systems.
• Drive analysis activities, chase open questions, and keep deliverables progressing.
• Involve in SDLC activities including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Support functional testing, defect resolution, and validation against business needs.
