Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems analysis or a similar IT role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise applications like CRM/CLM/Billing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives and gather requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, use cases, and flows.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to address questions and support delivery.
• Analyze integrations, data flows, and cross-system dependencies.
• Drive BA activities and track open questions to keep deliverables progressing.
• Participate in SDLC activities from design to post-deployment support.
• Support functional testing and defect resolution to ensure requirements are met.
