Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar IT role.
• Functional knowledge of enterprise applications such as CRM, CLM, Billing.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Able to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Experience working with development and QA teams to support enhancements and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders and SMEs to understand objectives, identify challenges, and gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to clarify requirements and support delivery.
• Analyze integrations, data flows, and dependencies across systems.
• Lead assigned BA activities and coordinate with teams to progress deliverables.
• Participate in SDLC activities including design, development, testing, and post-deployment support.
• Support functional testing, defect resolution, and validation to ensure requirements are met.
