Job summary

FIS is seeking an Analyst Senior, Business Systems Analysis in Technology Development Enablement to translate business needs into system requirements and support enterprise tooling from discovery through adoption.

You will lead discovery, document requirements, maps, and specifications; analyze current processes, identify gaps, and coordinate testing and rollout; partner with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Substantial business systems analysis experience with complex initiatives.
• Ability to elicit, analyze and document requirements with clear acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Experience supporting system development life cycles including testing and rollout readiness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for detailed requirements and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements activities for technology enablement requests, clarifying outcomes, scope, dependencies and impacts.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process maps, system specs, user stories and documentation for delivery teams.
• Analyze current-state processes and systems, identify gaps and scalable improvement opportunities aligned with governance.
• Coordinate testing, validation and implementation support for new systems and enhancements, including risk assessment and readiness activities.
• Develop training materials and knowledge content to support user adoption and sustainable practices.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement.
