Job summary

FIS is seeking a skilled business analyst to bridge gaps between stakeholders and product teams in a dynamic fintech environment. You will leverage data modeling, process mapping, and requirements documentation to identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation.

You will develop actionable insights by analyzing industry trends, client behaviors, and market research, supporting strategic decisions and operational targets across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale projects or processes.
• Ability to tackle semi-complex problems with analysis and judgment.
• Excellent communication with internal and external partners.
• Autonomy to determine methods for new assignments and lead initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and product development teams to align objectives.
• Applies data modeling, process mapping, and requirements documentation to identify improvements.
• Develops and presents reports and insights to help achieve operational targets.
• Analyzes industry trends and client behavior to inform business solutions.
• Designs frameworks for analyzing BI data and enhances analytical processes.
