FIS seeks a Systematics ALS (Advanced Lending System) Business Systems Analyst to lead high-visibility initiatives across multiple products. You will drive requirements, influence architecture decisions, and mentor other analysts while partnering with business leaders, architects, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FIS Systematics and ALS (Advanced Lending System).
• Experience with COBOL-based mainframe lending applications is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications.
• Familiarity with end-to-end software development life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
• Collaborate with technical teams supporting a COBOL-based mainframe lending app and GUI front-end.
• Translate business/user requirements into detailed specifications.
• Develop or modify complex information systems and test plans.
• Mentor junior Business Systems Analysts and lead complex initiatives.
